If 90 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

To expedite the process, please make sure to clearly state your order number, your issue/concern, and when you made the purchase. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
Please also be aware that some companies pose as Revira™. If you have ordered some items and we can’t locate the order ID in our system, it’s most likely ordered from a company pretending to be Revira™.

Return Eligibility
You are eligible to return your products within the 90 days period covered by our money back guarantee. Please follow the instructions below:

- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
Please contact us immediately at support@reviraheal.com with your order number.
❌ Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours, as they may already be in processing or shipped.
Defective or Damaged Items
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee or replacement for any item that arrives defective or damaged. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photo/video proof.
Incorrect Address Policy
If you've entered an incorrect address, please email us within 12 hours of order placement. After this window, we cannot guarantee address changes and are not responsible for misdelivered orders.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Revira is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We advise you to reach out to your local post office, local carrier and state what has happened. We cannot guarantee a full refund or replacement for the lost or stolen items, but are happy to help out with the investigation where possible.
Damaged Items & Replacements (if applicable)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible, within 7 days, if the product is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and immediately send out a replacement. In your email to support@reviraheal.com - please also include a picture of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
Return Shipping
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, please refer to the email received after placing the return request. *Note: Customers are responsible for shipping their returns back to a local warehouse (pending availability), or our main warehouse in the China, we do not provide return labels. Please also do not return the product without prior consultation with our team. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
As soon as you returned the product and it has been inspected by our team, we will send an email about the approval or rejection of your refund request. Items must be in good working condition, and all the manuals and other accessories are included there in.
Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund on your statements.
